Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) offers an alternative to conventional construction method by adopting the concept of “factory assembly followed by on-site installation” and the mode of manufacturing. Labour intensive processes such as internal renovation and building services installations can be accomplished in off-site prefabrication yard with a view to enhancing the productivity and cost effectiveness and shortening construction duration.
