With the use of nanomaterials and surface treatment, high performance rubberised paving blocks are now made possible by incorporating comparatively higher content of waste tyre rubber.
Rail Climbing System (RCS) is used as a climbing formwork as well as a climbing protection panel. Through the rail-guided climbing system, the climbing unit is securely connected to the building at all times, which enables the climbing procedure to be carried out fast and safely despite windy conditions.

Initiated by the Construction Industry Council, the MiC Display Centre is the first building constructed using MiC in Hong Kong.
The MiC Display Centre consists of 5 types of show flats and an exhibition area. Each usage is aimed at a different market. The Centre is designed with an overall spatial quality to form a holistic visitor venue. Through careful selection of materials, the design aims to deliver a high quality, durable, aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly environment.
Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) offers an alternative to conventional construction method by adopting the concept of “factory assembly followed by on-site installation” and the mode of manufacturing. Labour intensive processes such as internal renovation and building services installations can be accomplished in off-site prefabrication yard with a view to enhancing the productivity and cost effectiveness and shortening construction duration.
