The Construction Workers Registration System (CWRS) aims to provide the construction industry with an automated and convenient platform to collect and manage the daily attendance records of workers as required by the Construction Workers Registration Ordinance (Cap.583). The data collected can be used for manpower and construction training program planning that will contribute to the sustainable development of the Hong Kong's construction industry.
