The 4G smart watch is equipped with a biometric sensor and GPS to detect the wearer's body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure and  location. This data is made available to management via a mobile and web application for the monitoring of workers' attendance, safety and productivity levels. The device offers voice and video calls capabilities and alerts are sent to management when sudden fall, extended stationary state or intrusion into a fatal zone are detected.
