Robo-Tapper is an innovative solution designed to address the challenges faced during wall defect investigations in high-rise buildings. The Robo-Tapper is operated by a mobile robot on the rooftop, controlling the up and down motion of the cable robot. The hammer testing operation can be automated by following a predefined path. The results of the hammer testing are then captured and analysed using Artificial Intelligence (AI), which determines the presence of defects. 
 
Robo-Tapper allows building maintenance to avoid the need for workers to suspend in the air or work outside of the buildings. In addition, Robo-Tapper can provide more cost-effective, and accurate alternative inspection method.
