The line marking robot JC01 is a newly launched automated construction robot by JC Tech, capable of autonomously completing highway line marking. JC01 can draw various shapes such as straight lines, curves, patterns, and text, perfectly adapting to diverse operational requirements, and providing precise references for subsequent thermoplastic line marking. Its construction speed reaches 0.5 meters per second. With one person operating one machine, the effective line marking distance can exceed 10 kilometers in 8 hours. With its assistance, workers can easily and efficiently complete line marking construction, significantly reducing construction duration or road closure time. Equipped with an entirely in-house developed, high-precision satellite positioning module, the system delivers exceptional positioning accuracy up to ±1 cm, significantly surpassing the accuracy of manual graphical depiction.
