AI-Lift is a smart product designed for monitoring Tower Crane 4S. By utilising an AI Camera and smart hooks, AI-Lift can adapt to various construction site environments. Without the need to place any equipment on the ground, AI-Lift can cover every scenario at the construction site.

Description:

AI-Lift uses AI cameras and smart hook to automatically generate a lifting area within a 7-metre distance from the hook. When lifting or lowering load at a 10-metre height above the ground, and someone enters the 7-metre range, the smart lifting hook will emit audio and visual alarms to alert ground personnel. The operator can receive notifications on the screen, and management staff can view alarm prompts and video playback in the CMP.

AI-Lift uses AI camera and smart hook to automatically generate lifting zone 7m away from the hook. When the lifting object is within 10m of ground clearance and someone enters the lifting zone, the smart hook will generate sound and light warning. The operator in the cockpit can see the ground conditions and warnings on the screen. Managers can also query the warning video on the CMP platform.

In particular, in order to ensure the safety of lifting large objects, AI-Lift will specifically prompt 3, 3, 3 lifting test procedures. At the moment when the lifting object is at 300mm ground clearance, the system detects whether there is anyone within 3m of the edge of the lifting object. If there is no one, it triggers a 3-second countdown to complete the 3, 3, 3 lifting test procedure and the lifting process can be carried out safely.
