Keehang Intelligent Construction Full-life-cycle Digital Supervision System

Vendor: Shenzhen Keehang Tech Co.,Ltd

Origin: Asia, Hong Kong and Mainland China

Keehang Intelligent Construction Full-life-cycle Digital Supervision System integrates IoT (Internet of Things) platform, data mid-platform, and achievement visualisation into one. With drones, robots, and AI algorithms as the core elements, it constructs an unmanned, automated, and intelligent smart operation and maintenance system.

Description:

By integrating standardised API interfaces and connecting devices such as drones, real-time monitoring and comprehensive dispatch management are achieved, encompassing battery levels, wind speed, temperature, and other parameters. Pre-planned unmanned autonomous inspection tasks collect data, which is then processed through a big data cleaning platform featuring efficient and flexible data processing flows. Upon completion, drone inspection data is automatically uploaded, reconstructed, and deeply analysed. Multi-source heterogeneous processing algorithms enable precise diagnosis and multi-dimensional analysis in complex data scenarios. Combining AI algorithm recognition with manual auditing, the system automatically identifies safety hazards like missing fences, water accumulation, landslides, and cracks on construction sites, presenting 3D visuals to the management centre. It supports automated pre-and-post improvement comparisons and archiving, forming a closed-loop 3D work order management system. Additionally, advanced visualisation technology transforms complex analysis results into intuitive, efficient, and information-dense visual displays.

Users: Up to now, the Keehang Digital Construction Monitoring System, Smart Photovoltaic Power Station Operation and Maintenance System, and Smart City Governance Monitoring System have provided services to over 80 government and enterprise units nationwide, helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency while enhancing their supervision capabilities.

Benefits:

  • Fully Automated and Unmanned Inspection: Fully automated unmanned execution of tasks, completing low-altitude inspection operations in as fast as 10 minutes and data processing and analysis in 25 minutes.
  • Refined Monitoring and Management: Refined, full-lifecycle management that enables tracing of daily construction progress and status.
  • Digitalised Management: Using a 3D real-scene model as the foundation, digital integration of various business data.
  • Comprehensive Monitoring of Safety Incidents: AI-powered multi-source heterogeneous algorithm for intelligent identification of 15 types of potential safety hazards.

Applications:

  • High-Precision Earthwork Measurement Technology: Utilising a combination of RTK and drones during the excavation stage, high-precision earthwork data reports are output within 72 hours.
  • Fully Automated Unmanned Inspection: Without the need for human operation or intervention, drones automatically execute preset inspection tasks at scheduled times and locations, processing massive amounts of data automatically.
  • Unified Business Data Visualisation: Supports importing various types of business data, including construction Gantt charts, BIM models, CAD design drawings, etc., facilitating the integration of engineering construction information within the organisation and enhancing information collaboration.
  • Refined Construction Management: Based on frequently collected site image features, the digital platform automatically quantifies construction progress and status, pre-emptively avoiding repetitive work caused by deviations from the construction plan or not following the drawings.
  • Comprehensive Safety Warning System: Leveraging AI multi-source heterogeneous algorithms, the system instantly identifies six categories and fifteen types of safety incidents, promptly sending work order alerts, and realizing a closed-loop process from discovery to resolution.
