Description:

C-SMART is an all-in-one smart construction management platform that establishes a 7+2+1 standard scheme. The integrated platform allows users to add any of the modules enables construction teams to tailor the platform to their specific needs, leveraging innovative technologies like AI, IoT and BIM etc. The following briefly introduces the features of the C-SMART platform:

  • Integrated Platform: Enable site management to customise their homepage, consolidating all modules for efficient management. It summarises key modules at a glance and organises related notifications to facilitate prioritised handling.
  • Safety Management: Offers extensive benefits for site management and owners, enabling them to monitor site safety beyond the standard 4S requirements. It features CCTV panoramic surveillance to monitor the entire site both onsite and remotely, enhancing safety measures. The system includes a public address (PA) system for safety announcements and AI monitoring to detect unsafe worker behaviours. Advanced thermal imaging and AI technologies are employed for fire and smoke detection. Additionally, a Driver Status Monitor (DSM) assesses driver conditions and performance.
  • C-SMART Lock facilitates access control for temporary and restricted areas, while Eagle AR provides real AR mapping and AI-enabled mobile cameras for monitoring hard-to-reach areas. 360° anti-collision feature for mobile plants and AI cameras installed on vehicles to prevent collisions. A tower crane anti-collision system ensures cranes do not collide with one another and provides live data monitoring.
  • For permit management, the E-Permit feature allows digital applications, reviews, and approvals via a mobile app. Furthermore, the site safety inspection mobile app records inspections, and an online safety training record system enables workers to obtain training through their devices. The confined space monitoring system alerts users to hazardous gas detection, ensuring a safer working environment.
  • Workers Management: Enables management to use facial recognition technology for attendance record, alongside tracing worker locations through smartwatches\smart chips and integrated with the SMART Hub and SMART LINK, this system provides real-time tracking of workers, including their health status and relevant information, facilitating thorough worker analysis.
  • Machine & Equipment Management: Allows workers to register their tools and equipment through a mobile app, streamlining the approval process digitally by the relevant personnel. The digitised tracking system, utilizing IoT devices, enables management to monitor machine productivity, track the location of equipment, and assess machine utilisation effectively.
  • Materials Management: Smart logistics with QR code and GPS technology, enabling site management to monitor and track the entire process of prefabricated components from production to delivery. Additionally, the Concrete Management feature streamlines and optimises the ordering, delivery, and real-time monitoring processes for concrete. The Rebar Management system records and tracks the inbound and outbound processes of steel reinforcement. Furthermore, vehicle entry monitoring incorporates AI-enabled CCTV cameras to automatically scan and identify vehicle types while simultaneously recording their license plate numbers.
  • Environment & Energy Consumption Management: Enables site management to monitor environmentally related events through real-time environmental monitoring with indoor and outdoor IoT sensors, capturing various statistics. It includes a water level monitoring system that uses ultrasonic sensors for precise measurement and a tree management feature with motion sensors to track tree health. Additionally, the dump truck tracking system, powered by AI, assists both on-site and remote managers in effectively monitoring dump trucks using AI and GPS technology for optimal efficiency.
  • Quality Management: Includes an online critical works training record system, allowing users to scan QR codes and access training videos through a mobile app. The CIMS quality inspection system enables real-time on-site inspections, effectively monitoring and maintaining follow-up records. Additionally, Transtrack serves as a digital works supervision system.
  •  Construction Surveying Management: Features a GNSS smart settlement monitoring system that detects slight changes in structural tilting, ground settlement, and movement during monitoring. It incorporates image comparison using drones and 360-degree panoramic photos, providing visual references for the project team. Additionally, the Tower Crane Camera Mapping System uses AI algorithms, either through cloud or local servers, to automatically analyse and compare captured images with CAD construction drawings.
  • Progress Management: provides site management a comprehensive progress summary through a matrix diagram dashboard, allowing for easy visualisation of project status. It incorporates progress visualisation on BIM, enabling teams to track developments effectively. Additionally, the module includes functions for monitoring piling progress and generating detailed reports.
  • Construction Robots: Features a multifunction Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) designed for various tasks, including patrol, spray disinfection, video streaming, scene scanning, and map creation. Additionally, the indoor painting robot offers automated industrial-standard painting, ensuring consistent quality. The Robo Welder minimises worker exposure to welding risks while enhancing productivity. Finally, the Sky-Wash is an exterior wall cleaning robot that efficiently maintains building facades.
