Webinar on Smart Tender and Open E-tendering Platform
To enhance the awareness and participation of property owners in building repairs and maintenance, the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) launched the “Smart Tender” Building Rehabilitation Facilitating Services (The Scheme) to offer a series of professional support services for owners’ organisations in building rehabilitation works. Meanwhile, the URA also facilitates the owners' corporations as well as other government departments and property management companies in conducting their own tendering procedures without joining the “Smart Tender" or other subsidy schemes under URA via the “Open E-tendering Platform”.
The representatives from URA are invited to introduce the services of Smart Tender and Open E-tendering Platform as well as share the successful cases.
